Kristina M. Miller was born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska. She spent her childhood participating in sports like soccer, basketball, and skiing. while also playing the violin, singing in the choir, and participating in local FLOT productions. After graduating from West Valley High School, she earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Philosophy from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Later, she obtained her Juris Doctor degree from William Mitchell College of Law, now known as Mitchell Hamline School of Law.


During law school, Kristina interned for the Assistant U.S. Attorney’s Office, the Honorable Justice Daniel E. Winfree of the Alaska Supreme Court, the New York State Division of Human Rights, and the Fairbanks law firm of Downes, Tallerico & Schwalm.


After passing the New York and Alaska Bar, she began her practice with the Fairbanks law firm of C.S.G. Inc. Where she specialized in workers’ compensation, employment law, estate planning, real estate, and corporate law. She gained extensive litigation experience in criminal law, child in need of aid (CINA) cases, and juvenile delinquency cases while working for the Alaska Public Defender Agency. Kristina uses her breadth of experience and knowledge to provide comprehensive and personalized legal guidance to her clients.


Kristina volunteers on the Board of Directors for the Bread Line, Inc. and the North Star Community Foundation. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, participating in outdoor activities, reading, practicing yoga, and playing ukulele.
